Groups are key to getting connected at Westlake, because we believe they are central to fulfilling our mission and purposes. It’s by belonging to a small group of others focused on helping each other to follow Christ that we really experience the church as a family, as God designed it. And it’s also through such groups that we experience the kind growth to spiritual maturity that we find described in the Bible.
At Westlake we offer a variety of group experiences, all of which are designed simply to connect people, and to help them move forward in their relationships with God.
Short-term groups (from 4 weeks to up to one year) are a great way to try out a small group. Many find commitment to a group so worthwhile that they join ongoing, long-term groups of like-minded people.
We offer the following different types of groups at Westlake.
Groups meet at various times of the year, in various locations, and on various schedules (from weekly to monthly). A typical small group meeting will involve fun, laughter, food, discussion of Bible teaching and how it relates to our lives, and prayer for each other.

There is no better way to get to know other people at Westlake, or for others to get to know you, or to move forward on your spiritual journey than connecting with others in a group!
